Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, plain yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
  4. 4. Add ice cubes and blend again until incorporated.
  5. 5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a tropical and refreshing smoothie.
