Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- 1. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, plain yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
- 4. Add ice cubes and blend again until incorporated.
- 5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a tropical and refreshing smoothie.
