Fruit Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Assorted fruits of your choice (such as apples, bananas, grapes, pomegranate seeds, oranges, and kiwi), diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala (ensure it's suitable for fasting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt (sendha namak)
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced fruits.
  2. 2. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruits and toss gently to coat. This will help prevent the fruits from oxidizing and add a refreshing citrus flavor.
  3. 3. Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt over the fruits. Toss again to ensure the fruits are evenly coated with the spices.
  4. 4. Transfer the fruit chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves.
  5. 5. Serve immediately as a refreshing and nutritious snack during fasting.
