Coconut Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- 1. In a blender, combine fresh watermelon chunks, coconut water, fresh lime juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- 2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher.
- 4.Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- 5. Serve over ice cubes for a hydrating and delicious drink during Navratri Fasting.
