Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Add ice cubes if desired for a thicker consistency.
