Banana Walnut Lassi
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks.
- 2. In a blender, combine the banana chunks, plain yogurt, chopped walnuts, honey (if using), and ground cinnamon (if using).
- 3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until incorporated.
- 4. Pour the banana walnut lassi into glasses.
- 5. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a few whole walnuts if desired.
- 6. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing and nutritious drink during fasting!
