Banana Walnut Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the banana chunks, plain yogurt, chopped walnuts, honey (if using), and ground cinnamon (if using).
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until incorporated.
  4. 4. Pour the banana walnut lassi into glasses.
  5. 5. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a few whole walnuts if desired.
  6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing and nutritious drink during fasting!
