Apple Cinnamon Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apple juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a pitcher, combine apple juice, ground cinnamon, fresh lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. 2. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  3. 3. Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon flavor if necessary.
  5. 5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with apple slices for a refreshing and lightly spiced drink during Navratri fasting.
