Apple Cinnamon Cooler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups apple juice (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Apple slices for garnish
Instructions:
- 1. In a pitcher, combine apple juice, ground cinnamon, fresh lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- 2. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
- 3. Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- 4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon flavor if necessary.
- 5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with apple slices for a refreshing and lightly spiced drink during Navratri fasting.
