Aloo Halwa Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) for garnish Raisins for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. Peel and grate the potatoes. Rinse them in water to remove excess starch, then drain well. 2. Heat ghee in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add the grated potatoes and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked and turn slightly golden in color. 3. In a separate pan, heat the milk until it comes to a boil. 4. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the hot milk to the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes. 5.   Tapioca Pearls (Sabudana) Halwa Ingredients: 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1 cup sugar 2 cups milk 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) for garnish Raisins for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. Rinse the sabudana under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the sabudana in enough water to cover them completely for at least 3-4 hours or overnight. After soaking, the sabudana should be soft and plump. 2. Drain the soaked sabudana using a strainer to remove excess water. 3. Heat ghee in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add the drained sabudana to the hot ghee and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously, until the sabudana pearls become translucent and start to turn slightly golden in color.
